Aluminium 1100 is a commercially pure grade, consisting of about 99% aluminium, which gives it its distinctive properties. This high purity makes it exceptionally soft, ductile, and easy to work with, while offering excellent corrosion resistance. While it is not known for high strength, it boasts very good thermal and electrical conductivity.
